Success and stability for a young/inexperienced person, who is untrustworthy, is now in the past (Sun, anchor, child, snake). Gee, I wonder who they could be talking about (tRump).
The untrustworthy person also experiences a change with friends and loved ones this week.
There's a change in terms of success with institutions and work for this person (Sun, stork, tower, Moon). And there's lots of talk and word on the street about the young/inexperienced, untrustworthy person (child, snake, birds).
