A sneaky person loses public interest and is a young/inexperienced person (fox, the cross removes the garden and child). Friends and lovers are also removed (heart) leaving burdens, and stability is burdened as well (cross, anchor).
Documents (read votes), equals money and that was key (letter, fish, key). To put a fine point on it, the child believed that stability was key (child, anchor, and key). News about the downward spiral of tRump's businesses arrived as he was departing the White House. But at least he has left!
