We have a powerful trine between the Moon and Pluto at 4:30 AM PDT. If you need to have dealings with important people, taking action now might work for you. More than likely though it favors those already in positions of power. Still, it wouldn't hurt to submit a resume or something of a similar nature at this time.

This is especially so since the Moon forms a sextile to Mars at 8:07 AM PDT and then is void of course until 11:47 AM PDT when it enters Gemini. Handle details, correspondence, and communications during this lunar transit.

Obstacles related to legal affairs, foreign travel, dealings with people at or from a distance is likely when the Moon forms a square to Jupiter at 3:47 PM PDT. If you run into problems, I would just wait and not try to force things to go your way now.
